I found Dr. Cara this summer when I started having consistent migraines again. Her treatment not only gave me immediate relief, it lessens the frequency of migraines overall. She also asked questions about my migraine triggers and gave me suggestions of other ways I can avoid migraines. Definitely going to keep seeing her on the new monthly plan!

I have had back pain for years and have had injections, adjustments from Chiropractors, seen Physical Therapist and Massage Therapist. The best part about Dr Cara is that she does muscle work, adjustments and gives me stretches that will help. She spends more time with me than anyone else l've been to. She is also compassionate, sweet and easy to talk to during the visit. I highly recommend her monthly package that gets you chiropractor adjustments and massages. Simply the best!!

Dr. Cara is the only chiropractor I'll let adjust me. My ankle locked up so bad on a run one day that I thought I'd have to take several days off. Dr. Cara fixed it THAT DAY and I was able to do my speed workout the next morning with minimal pain. Could not recommend enough!!
